Purpose:

LDPE high-speed film blowing unit can continuously blow LDPE films with different folding width and thickness of 0.02 ~ 0.10mm; It is widely used in civil and industrial packaging of food, clothing, daily necessities and so on.

1. The screws of this series of units are made of high-quality alloy steel. After nitriding treatment and precision processing, the screws are sprayed with alloy, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the service life of the screws is longer;

2. This series of units are equipped with length counting device, cutting knife, slitting knife, flattening roller, waste edge winding, etc;
