During the installation of the film blowing machine, pay attention to adjust the center line of the extruder head and the center of the traction roll to keep horizontal and vertical without deviation and skew. During winding, due to the gradual increase of winding outer diameter, please pay attention to the coordination between traction speed and winding speed, and please adjust it in time. After the main engine is started, pay close attention to the operation of the main engine, and timely adjust, correct, electrical instruments and controllers to ensure their normal operation.

The compressed air in the bubble tube should be kept at an appropriate amount, because the leakage of compressed air will be brought out during traction. Please supplement it in time. The film blowing machine uses brand-new particles to blow out new materials. The color is clean and the bag is stretched well. The main engine gearbox and traction reduction gearbox shall be frequently refueled and the gear oil shall be replaced. For the new machine, please replace the new gear oil about 10 days after use to ensure the normal operation of all rotating parts. Pay attention to refuelling to prevent jamming and overheating damage. Also, check the fastening of all connecting parts to prevent the bolt from loosening.
