The reject rate drops by 10%–15%, avoiding repeated heating energy for rework. Fifth, waste heat recovery enables energy recycling. Special devices recover residual heat from barrels and die heads to preheat raw materials, cutting electricity consumption for material drying by 15%–20% and lifting overall energy utilization.
