ABA blown film machine is an efficient equipment widely used in plastic film production, mainly for producing three-layer co extruded films. 1.3 Traction device. The traction device includes traction rollers, cooling rollers, and winding devices. 2.1 Motor power. The motor power of ABA blown film machine includes extruder motor, traction motor, winding motor, etc. The power of the extruder motor depends on the extrusion volume, usually between 15kW and 75kW. The power of traction motor and winding motor is relatively small, generally between 1.5kW and 5.5kW.
2.2 Heating system. The heating system includes extruder barrel heating and die heating. The heating power depends on the specifications of the extruder, usually between 5kW and 30kW. The heating temperature can be precisely controlled, generally ranging from 150 ℃ to 300 ℃.
2.3 Control System. ABA blown film machines are usually equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen operation interface to achieve automated control. The number of I/O points for PLC depends on the complexity of the equipment, usually between 32 and 128 points. The touch screen size is generally between 7 inches and 15 inches, and supports multiple language operation interfaces.
2.4 Sensors and Instruments. The ABA blown film machine is equipped with various sensors and instruments, including temperature sensors, pressure sensors, thickness sensors, etc. The accuracy of temperature sensors is usually within ± 1 ℃, the measurement range of pressure sensors is between 0 and 50MPa, and the measurement accuracy of thickness sensors can reach ± 0.1 μ m.
3. Production efficiency parameters
3.1 to high output. The maximum output of ABA blown film machine depends on the extrusion capacity of the extruder and the thickness of the film. For example, the maximum output of an extruder equipped with a 65mm screw may be around 100kg/h, while the maximum output of an extruder equipped with a 90mm screw may be over 200kg/h.
3.2 Film width and thickness range. The film width produced by ABA blown film machine is usually between 500mm and 3000mm, and the thickness range is between 0.01mm and 0.2mm. The adjustability of width and thickness depends on the mechanical design and control system of the equipment.
3.3 Production speed. The production speed is affected by the traction device and cooling system, usually between 10m/min and 80m/min. High speed production requires stronger cooling systems and more precise tension control.
4. Film quality parameters
4.1 Uniformity of Thickness. Thickness uniformity is an important indicator for measuring the quality of thin films, and the ABA blown film machine ensures the thickness uniformity of the film through die design and thickness control system. The thickness deviation is usually within ± 5%, and high-end equipment can reach ± 2%.
4.2 Surface quality. Surface quality includes glossiness, flatness, and absence of defects. The ABA blown film machine ensures a smooth, bubble free, and scratch free surface of the film through die flow channel design, air ring adjustment, and optimized cooling system.

5.1 Equipment size and weight. The size and weight of ABA blown film machines vary depending on the model. For example, a medium-sized ABA blown film machine may have a length between 5m and 10m, a width between 2m and 4m, and a weight between 3 tons and 8 tons.
5.2 Energy consumption. The energy consumption of ABA blown film machine includes motor power, heating power, and cooling system power. The total energy consumption is usually between 30kW and 150kW, depending on the specifications and production efficiency of the equipment.
5.3 Maintenance and upkeep. The maintenance and upkeep of ABA blown film machine includes regular lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of vulnerable parts. The maintenance cycle and cost depend on the frequency of use and working environment of the equipment.
