HDPE high speed film blowing machine

Purpose:

HDPE high-speed film blowing unit can continuously blow HDPE films with different folding width and thickness of 0.006 ~ 0.10mm; Widely used in food, clothing, garbage bags, vest bags and other civil and industrial packaging.

Features:

1. The screws of this series of units are made of high-quality alloy steel. After nitriding treatment and precision processing, the screws are sprayed with alloy, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the service life of the screws is longer;

2. This series of units can also be equipped with double station winder, vacuum feeder, corona processor, anilox roller, rapid screen change, etc;

3. This series of units adopts professional HDPE screw and imported HDPE head from Taiwan, with high output, good film plasticization and excellent stiffness;
