1) The head is installed unevenly and the film thickness is uneven. It is necessary to correct the levelness of the head.

2) If the cooling is insufficient or uneven, improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling air ring to fully cool the membrane bubble.

3) The clamping plate or traction roller is not aligned with the center of the machine head, and the center line shall be aligned

4) If the included angle of the splint is too large, reduce the included angle of the splint

5) If the tension of the traction roller is inconsistent, adjust the traction roller

6) If the crimp tension is not constant, the friction force should be adjusted.
